Catherine is the Director of Space Capability in Space Capability Branch, within Defence’s Joint Capabilities Group.
In this role, Catherine leads program management and strategy development for Defence’s Space Domain Capability Program. With an increasing reliance on Space as an operational domain, combined with Australia’s location within the volatile geo-political Indo-Pacific region, Catherine’s role is crucial in identifying and acquiring future requirements to help secure Australia’s interests.
Catherine has previously held other capability development roles across Defence, has experience as an operations and management consultant, and started her career as a financial adviser for private retail clients.
Catherine holds a Bachelor of Finance, multiple project and program management qualifications, and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
