Biography
Katie Mouser is Chair of the Australian Space Diversity Alliance Committee and a passionate advocate for equity, diversity, and inclusion in STE(A)M. Since entering the space sector in 2021, she’s championed initiatives supporting women, First Nations perspectives, and underrepresented communities. Katie is an alumna of Melbourne Business School Women’s Leadership Program, a mentor for young women in space, and a vibrant presence known for her space-themed style and genuine connection-building. She believes space needs everyone—and leads with heart, intention, and a touch of cosmic flair.
