Biography
After completing a Bachelor of Science majoring in Animal Health and Disease, Kiara joined the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry in 2019. Kiara has conducted biosecurity risk assessments for the import and export of biological goods, coordinated responses to emerging animal diseases, travelled internationally auditing manufacturing facilities, and facilitated access for new trade markets.
