Dr. Sebastian Ng is the PNT Program Lead at QuantX Labs, developing precision timing products, including resilient time synchronization networks and optical atomic clocks. He leads the Kairos-1 Mission, demonstrating sovereign precision timing in low Earth orbit. Previously, as a researcher at the University of Adelaide, he chaired the Quantum Technology Program at the ARC Centre of Excellence in Gravitational Wave Discovery, advancing laser technology and adaptive optics for gravitational wave detectors. With over a decade of teaching experience, he has authored 60+ peer-reviewed papers with 15,000+ citations while contributing to commercial laser systems for agriculture, defence, and manufacturing.
