Philip Citowicki is the Strategy & Business Development Lead for Space at Lockheed Martin Australia. Prior to this role, he was the Executive Officer/Director of Operations at Space Industry Association of Australia (SIAA), Australia’s peak industry body for the space sector. He is an Adjunct Fellow of the University of Adelaide and a Director of the Space Law Council of Australia and New Zealand.

Philip’s career has spanned across government and industry domains, including six-years in the Australian federal government. He served as an advisor to Australia’s Foreign Minister, the Hon Julie Bishop MP, and also acted as the Personal Political Aide to Australia’s High Commissioner in the United Kingdom. Philip’s diverse experience in these roles has solidified his reputation as a respected authority in foreign affairs and government policy.

He has contributed to numerous respected publications, television programs, and academic institutions, on foreign policy, defence policy, and space sector policy.

Philip’s extensive networks spans across federal and state politics, the public service, and industry. His standing has also earned him recognition from international bodies, including Pacific Forum, U.S State Department, Hoover Institute, and the Australian American Leadership Dialogue.
